What is the no return rule?

Some councils / parking operators have a maximum stay and will enforce a no return rule with RingGo. This means that if you try to park again until after the original session elapsed (even one second late will prevent you) then you waive the right to park any longer even if you have not reached the maximum stay period. The no return period for each location will vary.

In the event that you are blocked from being able to extend a session, due to the no-return rule, you will be required to move your vehicle to another location as soon as possible to limit the possibility of being penalised. We can only recommend that any enquiries in respect of the no-return rule are addressed with the council / parking operator directly.
