I have paid for the wrong vehicle

If you are in the first 15 minutes of the session starting, simply log into your account on the RingGo app and then select the active session from the dashboard. Then select the Change Vehicle option.

If more than 15 minutes have elapsed since your session start time, we are unable to allow you to transfer the parking session to a different vehicle. This is a requirement set by parking operators.

You will need to buy a new session for the correct vehicle and request a refund for the unwanted duplicate session.

Please note that you may still have been issued a PCN (parking fine) between starting your session and realising that you have paid for the wrong vehicle. You will need to appeal that fine with the parking operator direct, RingGo are unable to intervene on your behalf.
