I have applied for the appeal template letter but it has not been received!

If you have been issued with a parking fine having paid to park with us, we can supply you with a generic appeal template letter specific to your parking session and a copy of your VAT receipt to support an appeal.

If you have applied for the template to be emailed and it appears to have not been received, first check any Junk/Spam mailbox for delivery. If the email has still not been received either to your Inbox or Junk/Spam mailbox, you can print your own copy of the template letter by following these instructions:

  • Click 'Help' in the top right corner of the page
  • Select the 'Enquiries' tab under the Help Centre heading
  • From here, you are able to view all Open and Closed enquiries raised within the last three months
  • Click the 'Edit' icon to the far right of the enquiry titled 'Appeal parking fine' and in the bottom right corner, click the 'File' icon to display the template letter and print as required

Once you have received the appeal template letter and VAT receipt this should be forwarded to the enforcement operator using the details dictated on the ticket itself.
