My VAT receipts don't match the dates on my statement!

Payments made to the RingGo parking service may not necessarily leave your account on the same date that you pay to park. Any financial transaction quite often takes up to five working days for your card issuer to debit the funds from your account despite it having been authorised on that particular date.

The RingGo parking service do not store the three digit CV2 code from the back of your payment card for security reasons and our processes are as such that we never process any payments without you first having entered the CV2 code to authorise a request for payment.

Before you query your statement with us, we would recommend that you pair your statement with the VAT receipts that appear against your RingGo parking account and if they are equal in number, ignoring the dates, the chances are that there has been a delay with the funds leaving your account.
