How do I change my PIN or Password?

To amend your PIN or Password, simply follow the below instructions:

  • Login to your RingGo account
  • Click 'Account' in the top right corner of the page and select 'Security Options' from the dropdown menu.
  • Under the relevant 'Change PIN/Change Password' heading, enter your current PIN or Password followed by what you wish to change the PIN/Password to and confirm by entering the new PIN/Password again.
  • Click 'Save' to immediately apply the changes.

If you have chosen to add password protection then the password must be used with all online access. The PIN can then only be used with our mobile apps.
