Advanced parking is offered through RingGo by some rail operators but does not guarantee nor reserve a parking bay on arrival even though you have already made payment. With other rail operators such as South West Trains and Northern Rail, we do not advise booking prior to arrival at the station where advanced parking is not offered and you may be refused a refund on application.
If you have paid in advance and there are no parking bays available when you arrive, you will be required to seek alternative parking elsewhere. If you travel to an alternative station on the same train line (i.e. Greater Anglia, C2C, Chiltern Railways, etc) then you would still be expected to pay again at the new station and seek a refund for the unused session from the parking operator direct. All RingGo sessions are non-transferable between locations regardless of whether they are managed by the same parking operator.
