I'm unable to login - what should I do?

If you used the service for the first time by calling then you will automatically be registered to Parkmobile and assigned a randomly generated four digit PIN to access your on-line account.  When registering on-line or via our mobile apps you are required to set your own password for use with your account.

To login you will be required to use a combination or your Mobile Number or E-mail Address and the PIN or Password (you created during on-line or mobile apps registration).  Alternatively, use the last four digits of the long payment card number you have registered to the account instead of the PIN we randomly generate.

If you do not remember your login details you can request to reset your PIN or Password using the respective or  links found on the 'Login' page.  You will be required to select a Security Question and provide a valid answer to be sent a reset link.  

Please note: If you incorrectly enter login details three times your account will be temporarily locked and you will required to reset your PIN or Password to gain access.

We would recommend that you add noreply@parkmobile.com.au to your safe senders list to ensure that you receive all e-mails from us and check your Junk/Spam folder for delivery on the first occasion if the email does not directly reach your Inbox.
