To edit your stored payment cards, login to RingGo and follow the below instructions:
To add a payment card
Select 'View all Cards' under the 'Default Payment Card' heading on the dashboard. Click the 'Add a new card' option and enter your sixteen digit card number along with the start date (if applicable) and expiry date as they appear on your card. Press 'Save' when complete. You can add a maximum of three payment cards to your account at any one time (or unlimited cards if you are an Xpress member).
Amending a payment card
If the new payment card you have received contains the same long (sixteen digit) card number and only the expiry date/CV2 (security) code information have changed, you can simply amend the expiry date of the card by selecting 'View all Cards' under the 'Default Payment Card' heading on the dashboard, clicking the 'Edit Card' icon next to the relevant payment card and use the dropdown boxes to set the new expiry date information (month/year) before saving. As we do not store the CV2 code for security reasons there is no need to supply or update this information on your account.
Delete an existing payment card
Select 'View all Cards' under the 'Default Payment Card' heading on the dashboard and click the 'Delete Card' icon next to the payment card you no longer want stored.
Setting your default payment card
It is possible to switch the priority between payment cards so that one partiular card can be set by default to be offered automatically each time you park with the RingGo parking service. To set your default payment card or amend the priority listing of your payment cards, select 'View all Cards' under the 'Default Payment Card' heading on the dashboard. From here, use the up/down arrow tabs next to each payment card to set priority. If you do not amend your priority order, we will in the first instance offer you the most recent card you have made payment against.
The default payment card or most recently used card will be applicable when using our Text to Park service.
