Regretfully, the cancellation of a train service or event is beyond the remit of RingGo.
Therefore, if you have paid for your parking in advance (where offered) or prior to arrival, you would need to apply for a refund directly with the parking operator. We simply bank all monies to the relevant parking operator and are unable to authorise the reimbursement of any fee paid using our service.
Should it be a train service that has been cancelled and you are required to park at another station, you would need to pay again for the new location and seek any refund as per the above. All RingGo sessions are non-transferable between locations.
