Disabled Residents Visitor Permit Information

  1. There are three steps to our visitor permit process.

    Step 1

    Open a RingGo account.

    Step 2

    Complete the application form for the permit.

    Step 3

    Once your application for the permit has been approved, you can purchase parking sessions against the permit on a pay-as-you-go basis.

    The permit lasts for one year after which time you need to renew it before you can continue to buy visitor parking sessions.

  2. Proof

    If we can't automatically confirm your identity from the initial registration information, you may need to provide further proof of identity.

    We may ask you for one of the following proofs of address:

    • utility bill dated within the last three months

    • council tax

    • Blue Badge (front and back) or proof that you are registered disabled in Hammersmith & Fulham

    After you apply

    Once your permit is approved, you can use your RingGo account to book your visitor parking session on the day your visitor arrives.

    Your permit will allow you 240 hours of half price sessions, after this you will pay the regular visitor permit session price.

    All you'll need is your visitor’s vehicle details (registration number, make and colour of vehicle), the duration of the session and a credit or debit card.

    You must book a session for each vehicle and you can have a maximum of one or two sessions per day depending on your zone.
