Resident Scratchcard Permit Information

  1. Resident scratchcard visitor permits are only available to Merton residents who live within a controlled parking zone and are not living in part of a car free development.

Each applicant has a set allowance of 200 visitor permits per year, typically this consists of 50 full day and 100 half day permits which can be purchased in a combination of daily scratchcards and/or visitor e-permits. A full day permit counts as 2 of your 200 permit allowance and a Half Day counts as 1.

Resident scratchcard visitor permits are sold in batches of 10 full day or half day permits. The scratchcard permits will be posted to your address and will need to be displayed in your chosen vehicle. Please allow a few working days to receive your scratchcards, in busy periods this may take longer.
