If you have forgotten to pay for your parking, in some locations retrospective payment may be available.
During the booking process, if the option is available, you can select the date and time you want your parking to start from. Please note some locations will only allow parking to start 24 hours from the time of your booking.
However, if you don't see this option, it means retrospective payment is not available for that specific location.
It's important to note that RingGo is an automated payment service, and we don't have any control over the management of car parks or parking areas, including enforcement matters.
This is because the local parking operator responsible for managing the parking location may have already issued you with a PCN (parking fine).
