We are sorry to hear that you would like to close your account. Please follow the steps below depending on what type of account you have

Personal 

If you would like to close or delete your account, you can delete your account via the RingGo app by selecting 'My profile' and 'Delete my account' at the bottom of the page.

Or you can delete your account online, please ensure you are logged in and click here. Once you have done that, Deleting the app won’t delete your account.

Please make sure you have downloaded all necessary receipts before closing your account as these will no longer be obtainable once deleted.

Please send your request to corporate@ringgo.co.uk and one of our team will begin the closure procedure for you.
