Permits are managed by your local parking operator (usually a council) and RingGo provides the technology for customers to apply and make payment for permits digitally. We don’t handle permit applications, approvals, etc. – that is managed by your local council. If you are waiting for a permit or have had your application turned down, you will need to contact them to discuss this.
