Any person who is 17 years or over who resides in the City of Milton Keynes and whose place of work is outside of the City of Milton Keynes may purchase a Commuter Parking Permit.
Please note you will require one of the following methods of proof before applying for your permit:
- Council Tax bill showing payment made to MKCC
- Driving Licence
- Medical Card
- Tenancy Agreement
- Utility Bill
