Silver permits allow Mole Valley residents to park in specific town's car parks.
See Mole Valley District Council’s terms and conditions for full details. Once a permit application has been completed the permit will be valid for 24 months and it will enable you to purchase permit parking sessions for 1, 3 or 12 month lengths.
Proof of Residency (dated within 3 months is required)
- Bank statement
- Benefit award statement
- Payslip
- Tenancy agreement / letter from your landlord
- Utility bill
Proof that the vehicle is registered at the applicant’s address must also be provided
- Car insurance schedule
- Letter from your employer (if you have a company vehicle)
- Vehicle Registration Document (V5C)
- Rental or lease agreement
Permits are only valid in the long stay car parks of one town which you may choose whilst completing your application
Dorking permits are valid in:
- Reigate Road
- High Street (Wathen Road)
- South Side
- St Martins Walk Long Stay
- South Street
- Junction Road
- Church Street
Leatherhead permits are valid in:
- Randalls Road
- Station Road
- Guildford Road
Ashtead permits are valid in:
- Grove Road
- Ashtead Peace Memorial Hall
Bookham permits are valid in:
