Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires you to provide two or more forms of identification, before gaining access to your RingGo account.
This layered approach ensures that only you can access your account, meaning much stronger protection of your private data than password alone, and greatly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.
These sporadic checks ensure we keep your account secure.
Multi-factor authentication works by combining your account password with an additional one-time passcode (OTP).
The one-time passcode will be sent via email or text message (SMS) to the email address or phone number on your account.
You do not need to do anything to set up multi-factor authentication, but we recommend that you check the email address and phone number listed on your account are correct.
If you are having issues receiving your one-time passcode, you can alternatively pay for parking using our telephone service - 0203 046 0010
