I have tried to change my telephone number but it says it is already in use!

If you have attempted changing your stored telephone number and are told that the number you are trying to change it to is already in use; this means that you have more than one account.

This leaves you with two options:

1. You can keep the two accounts with us active and available for use depending on which telephone number you intend to call the RingGo parking service from. As a PIN is generated for each individual account, you can request your PIN should you not know it to gain access to the secondary account.

2. You can request that the two (or more) accounts are merged so that all parking records are stored against the one account you wish to use going forward. This will effectively delete the other account(s) you hold with us.

To request that your accounts are merged, you will need to raise an enquiry and provide us with the telephone number you wish to continue using and the telephone number(s) you wish to be merged against this account.
