How do we register and start using RingGo?

Step 1:
Visit the RingGo registration page. Make sure you have read and tick to agree with the RingGo Terms and Conditions prior to completing the online registration form.

Step 2:
Once you have received your activation email, click on the contained link to complete your registration and activate your account. (Note: By doing this, you automatically become the Master Administrator of your account).

Step 3:
Once your account has been activated, in the same email, you will be provided with login details. Login and using a credit/debit card, or BACS transfer, add funds to your account. A 2.5% surcharge will be levied for credit card payments and BACS transfers can take up to 3-4 working days to clear and be added to your Corporate account.

Step 4:
Set up and manage your Corporate account by:

 

  • Checking that account profile details are correct.
  • Checking that alert settings are as per your needs.
  • Adding Supplementary Administrators.
  • Adding Cost Centres.
  • Adding Employees and parking privileges for authorised employees.

Step 5
Your Corporate registration is complete and your authorised employees will now be offered to pay using your Corporate account when they next park with the RingGo parking service!
