Was my session activated - how do I check?

Parkmobile will always confirm whether your session has been successfully activated or not.

When using our automated telephone service, verbal confirmation is offered once we receive a reply from your card issuer and the payment authorisation has been received.  If you park on-line (including our mobile site) or use our mobile apps, confirmation will be displayed on-screen.

We additionally offer SMS (message are charged at ¢25 per text) and E-mail alerts which are sent each time you activate your parking. 

To amend your SMS or E-mail Settings:

1) Once logged in, click in the top right corner of the page and select  from the displayed dropdown options.

2) Under the 'SMS Settings' or 'Email Settings' heading, click the respective box to tick or untick the alerts you do/do not wish to receive and to instantly apply the changes.

Please note: If you have opted-in to both SMS and e-mail alerts you will continue to be charged per text message you receive.  E-mail alerts are non-chargeable.

We would highly recommend that you do not rely upon the delivery of Tax Receipts as confirmation that your session has been activated as the receipt may not always reach your mailbox instantly - mail server providers do quite often incur network delays!  Receipts are only sent at Start/Stop locations after the session has been de-activated.
