    Why am I required to apply before purchasing my permit?

    Before you are able to purchase the necessary permit (or scratchcards) you must first demonstrate that you are eligible. Your eligibility will be decided upon either your post code, documentary evidence or a combination of both.

    All permit applications must be submitted through myRingGo and approved by NSL Services (on behalf of London Borough of Lewisham Council) before you are able to purchase your permit(s). You will be unable to purchase a permit until your application status has changed from 'Pending' to 'Authorised'. Any permit application that requires approval can take up to five working days to review.

    Should you experience any difficulties completing this application or have any general enquiries with regards to the application process, you should contact NSL Services on 020 8787 5397. This telephone line is operational between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
